Don’t want to have physical contact with the trainor, no problem. Make your own easy program. Start by warming up for 5 minutes on our treadmill, bike or elliptical, then perform an EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout by stepping on and off the equipment to train your full body in a dynamic cardio and strength training workout. We got lots of cardio machines with a decent distances in between.
